The origin of bread in it’s simplest form dates back over 30,000 years. At L’nando, we have captured and refined the recipe of the original large “Sangak” flatbread of the Persian Empire dating to 550 BC. Our “Taftoon” flatbread is handcrafted in small batches and baked in our own patented ovens, resulting in beautifully textured and balanced artisan breads.
