At L’nando, we have captured and refined the recipe of the original large “Sangak” flatbread of the Persian Empire dating to 550 BC. Our “Barbari” is handcrafted in small batches and baked in our own patented ovens with various seed and savory toppings, resulting in beautifully textured and balanced artisan breads.
